With more than 40 years of experience in the UK property market, Christopher is a trusted and successful client advisor in Central London, working closely with high-net-worth investors, property funds and family offices. Over his 21 years at ING Real Estate, he was a property fund manager and head of the Corporate Real Estate advisory platform. A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Christopher focuses on forming relationships with capital partners and delivering PTP’s development schemes.

Sarah is a senior development manager who channels her energy into delivering PTP’s Central London projects. While a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she cultivated 30 years of experience as a development and fund manager in the UK property market, serving industry leaders like Standard Life, CBRE, ING Real Estate and AEW UK. Sarah has delivered countless value-add office, retail and residential projects across the UK and her knowledge of planning processes and curating development teams makes her a crucial part of PTP.

For more than a decade, Jack has honed his knowledge in the global commercial and residential property market, working mainly with Asian clients investing capital into prime Central London real estate. Formerly an advisor to landlords and tenants for CBRE’s Hong Kong commercial office, his role within PTP is to build relationships with capital partners, to source and finance investment opportunities and to report directly to the company’s capital partners. Jack is an experienced negotiator and deal implementer.

Pietro brings over two decades of expertise in finance, investment banking, and real estate development. With a career spanning top-tier firms like Goldman Sachs, ING, and Piper Jaffray, he has led high-value transactions across Europe. As the founder of Create Ventures, he has successfully delivered multi-million-pound property developments, blending financial acumen with strategic foresight. A graduate of Oxford University in Engineering and Management, Pietro also holds an MSc in Chaos Theory from University College London. At Palmer Tabor Properties, he drives financial strategy and investment structuring, ensuring sustainable growth and value creation.

With more than a decade of experience in the UK’s real estate industry, Sarah is the organisational backbone of the PTP team. She provides administrative and operational support to our partners and is highly skilled in account support, invoicing and payments. She also provides quality support for the entire extended professional team and runs the day-to-day management of all the in-house requirements that the team needs in order to continue excelling in the real estate investment, development and asset management arena in Central London and beyond.

Tom is a seasoned real estate professional with over 16 years of experience in asset management, investment transactions, and portfolio strategy. Having managed portfolios exceeding £500m across office, retail, and industrial sectors, he has a track record of enhancing asset value through redevelopment, refurbishment, and capital improvement initiatives. With a background at Deloitte and Henley Investment Management, Tom brings a sharp analytical approach to real estate investment. At Palmer Tabor Properties, he plays a key role in ensuring strong returns and long-term value creation.

Edward is an experienced real estate professional having worked for ING Real Estate and CBRE Investment Management for over 15 years in asset and fund management. Prior to joining Palmer Tabor Properties, Edward was the portfolio manager of a £2bn UK balanced fund, which included assets across the office, retail, residential and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on Central London. Edward's expertise spanned strategic asset repositioning, lease management, strategy setting and implementation, capital raising and leading transactions, having executed in excess of £400m of sales and purchases. At Palmer Tabor Properties, Edward sources investment opportunities which meet our investors' specific requirements and drives property performance by performing complex asset management strategies to maximise value.
