Since sourcing and acquiring this property—which was vacant at the time—on behalf of an international investor in 2020, PTP has been given planning consent to increase the building’s net internal space by 20%. We have achieved this by enlarging the massing at the top of the building, constructing an outdoor roof terrace amenity and creating an ancillary retail unit. Each of the building’s seven floors—as well as its ground and lower ground floors—has been fully refurbished and this project is due to complete in autumn 2024.
